TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By inviting or using the "Pater" Discord bot ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The Bot is an Orthodox Christian educational tool that provides theological information, quotes from Church Fathers and other sources, and conversational responses. The Bot is not a priest, spiritual authority, or ordained person. It does not provide personal spiritual advice, sacramental guidance, or pastoral counselling.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
- You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- You may not use the Bot for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- You may not exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Bot or its services.
- Server administrators are responsible for ensuring the Bot has appropriate permissions and does not cause disruption.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Bot’s responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify theological information with trusted human sources and consult a qualified priest for spiritual matters.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Bot owner(s) shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to reliance on the Bot’s responses, data loss, or server disruption.

6. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
